No Updates Next Week

This has been a huge (stressful) week, between our content team rolling out the amazing new batch of titles (1,088 total), our service team taking transitional calls (questions about new site, what’s going on, bugs), and our development team (coding and programming, machine maintenance and setup, chasing “bugs”). 

So, we are going to take a week off from adding new content.

Order fulfillment continues as normal, as does customer service, so have a big time finding great music this week.

I had a problem with a download I had ordered, so I e-mailed Christwill and the very day I sent the e-mail, I was contacted by phone from an actual person at this company and the problem was taken care of. I was amazed, couldn’t believe the short response time (only an hour or so) and the way the situation was handled. It seems this company means business when it comes to dealing with and satisfying customers and any problems that may arise. They certainly will have my business from now on, and they are already being referred by me to other people. GREAT JOB! Appreciate It!
