As a new customer, you would not use the 2 returning customer boxes. You would need to click New Customer Checkout and then scroll down to fill in the boxes that appear below that button.

When you download a song, you should always Save it to your computer in a location you can find, ie My Music folder. Once you have downloaded it go to the program you use, in your case Windows Media Player. Click on the Library button at the top then Add to Library. You may need to use the advanced options in the windows that opens to add the folder you wish to use. Once you add the title to your library it should be there until you remove it. If find this program hard to use may I suggest iTunes www.itunes.com or Winamp www.winamp.com I have used both of these and find them easier than Windows Media Player.

I had a question about what happens after I download a song. I am not very familiar with downloading. I have the Windows Media Player and after I download a song I download another but them I can't find the previous song I downloaded, in my song library. It just disappears, and I run out of downloads.
